| 英文摘要: | The determination of the insulin structure in the 1960s and 1970s opened up aprecedent for the study of biological macromolecules in China，and had a profound impact ondomestic development of molecular biology.Based on archives and other historical documents，thispaper takes the porcine insulin crystal structure determination project as a case study to investigaterelevant Sino-British scientific and technological exchanges，through which the role of Sino-Britishexchanges in the process of the project and the development of the discipline are analyzed，and thecharacteristics of scientific and technological exchanges between China and Western countries againstthe specific historical background are discussed． |
